Founder's Official Biography

​

Pianist and Director Hollman Solis was exposed to two different cultures, having a father from Costa Rica and his mother from Nicaragua. He was fascinated with music since childhood. Due to his family's economic situation, he began his musical adventure at the age of 15 with private piano lessons.  He then studied piano for 4 years before beginning his career professionally in Costa Rica.

Conservatory studies piano instrument Modern music.

2006

Basic stage piano UCR School Musical Career.

​

2007-2009

Technical Music emphasizing Piano at Canzion Institute

(Instrumentalist Piano, Choral Ensemble, Instrumental Ensemble, Music History, Music Reading, Musical Instruments, Teaching Methodology, Contemporary and Classical Harmony. Associate with Doxa University Miami.

Institute Canzion has an agreement with Doxa University of USA (He received an American Award for Educational Excellence in 2007).

2010

He studied with pianists Hector Murillo (UCR), David Leon (ICZ) several sessions with Lisandro Pidre (RESQ Band pianist), and Luis Monge (UNA) New York Julliard graduate.

2011-2013

Began his Bachelor of Science in Music Education (ULICORI).

Achievements:

2006

1st Place in the Festival of creativity in Costa Rica at the National Level: Participate in the experimental musical group in the auditorium children's museum.

​

Traveled to many countries opening concerts to many artists like Luis Santiago, Juan Carlos Alvarado, Coalo Zamorano, Alex Herrera, Fabricio Alvarado, and participating as an instrumentalist for Marcos Witt, Danilo Montero, Daniel Calvetti, Fredy Rodriguez, Gustavo Ugarte Willian Jimenez, Vlad Rosales, Gerry Marquez, Juan Carlos Chinchilla, Banni Muñoz, Harold Guerra, Rick Muchow from Saddleback Church, Alex Herrera, Jona Alvarez, Tapon, Dixia Barrientos, Patty Tamares, Discipulos, Kelvin Rodriguez, Katerine Cordero and more ...
